    Things have become very difficult for me as my health has gradually deteriorated since I moved to Hazelbrook. The staff at the Pharmacy go out of their way to help their customers. On occasion I have parked outside and had my scripts brought out to me because I tend to faint when I have low blood pressure. If I'm the only person to want a product, it is still ordered in for me. If my neighbour can't collect my Meds, then Linda or Kevin deliver them to me. Whoever I get on the phone will even choose a birthday gift for me and deliver it. It would be impossible to have a better pharmacy, with better staff, than we have now. Knowledge of their products is important, but their empathy and compassion is far more important.
